My first Celestial piece in over a year. I enjoyed making this, before my abscense i used to believe that cramming as much into one spacescape was what was needed to make an image look nice, however i have since moved on from that, and am starting to love more minimalistic pieces too (which you see very rarely in space art)

Image took about 3 days, working at 2100 x 2100. Planet was created at 3000 x 3000

Before saying 'the planet has no atmosphere', it does have the thinnest atmosphere possible, for 2 reasons.. 1 atmospheres dont look great when you have a lighsource right behind it. 2. its an alien world, they might not need an atmosphere, or much of one anyway.
